Job Summary

Our company is seeking a Sales Liaison to join our team and cover Ohio and Northern Kentucky territory. The ideal candidate will be a caring individual passionate about helping seniors. As a Sales Liaison, you will be responsible for creating and following a strategic business plan, managing sales, creating urgency with prospects, and following a sales process through closing to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and follow a strategic business plan to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets
  • Manage sales and follow a sales process through closing
  • Create urgency with prospects to increase conversion rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and referral sources
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and their families
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • A minimum of an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry
  • An understanding of the senior market and various senior living products is a plus but not a requirement. We encourage all types of successful sales professionals to apply!
  • Desire to listen to, connect with, and serve seniors by matching their needs to our service offerings and successfully move them into our communities
  • Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for our customers
  • Strong strategic planning and goal-setting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to empathize with prospects and their families
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for helping seniors and improving their quality of life
